Legacy JWKS path — slug alone is ambiguous across tenants.

Removed in favour of /v1/license/jwks/{group_slug}/{plugin_slug}.json. Returns 410 Gone so existing integrations get a clear migration signal rather than silently receiving keys for the wrong tenant.
